Residential Conveyancer, NQ - 3 Years PQE, Tyne & Wear / Hybrid, £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join a thriving team. JOB REF: 1322.

• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with up to 3 Years PQE.
• You will be responsible for a varied residential property caseload, to include sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
• You will provide advice, assistance, and representation to clients, consistently maintaining an exceptionally high standard of client care.
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
