JOB TITLE: Employment Solicitor
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Birmingham
SALARY: £65,000K plus (DOE)

THE ROLE:
A tier 1 ranked employment team with a standout reputation in the education sector is expanding – and they’re looking for a talented solicitor to join them in Birmingham. You’ll step into a busy, high-performing team acting for some of the UK’s leading universities and higher education institutions. Expect a stimulating mix of contentious and non-contentious work, ranging from day-to-day advisory matters to more complex, high-profile issues — some with an international dimension. You’ll enjoy a varied caseload supporting major education clients, exposure to matters often with a global reach, opportunities to work across wider sectors as part of the full service employment practice they have. This is an excellent role for someone who wants to specialise in the education sector while still maintaining variety.

THE CANDIDATE:
Looking for an Employment Solicitor with at lest 3 years PQE, ideally from a well-regarded national, regional or international law firm. You will have solid experience across both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Building client relationships and contributing to business development you will be working within a collaborative and supportive team environment.
