JOB TITLE: Family Solicitor
PQE: NQ-5 years PQE
LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: £35,000 plus (DOE).

THE ROLE:
Our client, has a strong reputation in the Leicestershire area, and they are seeking an ambitious Family Lawyer to join their growing family team. If you have recently qualified or have up to 5 years PQE in family law and are seeking a new challenge in a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The team advises across a broad range of private family law matters and the successful Family Solicitor will be advising on divorce, separation, private children disputes, cohabitation issues and pre/post -nuptial agreements. Going through an exciting growth phase, this is truly an exciting time to join.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Family Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 5 years’ experience in conducting their own caseload of family matters. You will be representing clients in mediations, negotiations and court proceedings and be expected to draft and review legal documents. Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered and will have completed at least one seat within Family law.
