Residential Property Lawyer, 2+ PQE, Wiltshire, £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join a friendly and supportive team in Wiltshire. JOB REF: 2459.

THE ROLE:
• This is a progressive and well-respected law firm known for its commitment to maintaining strong, lasting relationships with both clients and colleagues.
• The team is made up of experienced legal professionals who are trusted advisors in their areas of expertise.
• You will be responsible for managing your own caseload encompassing all aspects of residential property work.
• Confident taking ownership of cases and handling transactions from initial instruction right through to completion, ensuring a seamless and efficient service throughout the process.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• You will be an effective communicator with a professional and proactive approach, demonstrating excellent organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
