We are recruiting for a Scheduler for a leading IT service provider based in Edinburgh.
An Scheduler is required to process Leaver requests and Incidents/requests management of IT tickets on behalf of our client. The candidate will be expected to follow a clearly defined process for these requests.
Experience in the following areas would be preferable: Ability to work as part of a team Take ownership for customer hardware request and break-fix incidents Scheduling and manage engineer’s workload Deal with customer escalation and escalate up when required Able to multi task and plan schedules Great Customer service skills Accuracy and Attention to detail is paramount Ability to work under their own initiative Excellent communication skills Ability to work under pressure within a fast-moving customer environment Experience of ServiceNow IT Service Management Platform
This is an umbrella contract, the role is Inside IR35.
