Production Operative

We are seeking a Production Operative for our prestigious manufacturing client, based in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative to learn a new trade, whether you have a background in the manufacturing, production or any other factory-based industry role.

Pay Rate:
£11.50 p/h

Working Hours:
0700-1630 Monday to Thursday

The busy manufacturing site in the Solihull area is currently seeking experienced Production Operatives/Assemblers to assist in high specification, detailed and intricate production and assembly. The intention is for our client to offer permanent contracts on successful completion of 12 weeks, this will be according to the upkeep of good timekeeping and attendance in addition to high performance standards. Transport links to this site are very limited which does limited commute options.
As such Warehouse Operative/Food Process Operator/Food Production Operative applicants need NOT apply.

Key skills for the Production Operative role must include:
Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
Highly motivated and proactive
Flexibility with working hours, in the event of deadlines being pushed forward on orders.
The drive to succeed and desire to learn and develop your skills is essential for this role.
