About the Role:
We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven Telemarketing Agents to join an expanding team in Solihull. The role involves making outbound calls, engaging with clients, and arranging qualified appointments for the sales team. You will also assist on busy campaigns, at times managing more than one simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make professional outbound calls to prospective and current clients.
• Book qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Assist with busy campaigns, sometimes working across multiple at once.
• Build rapport and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Keep accurate records of calls, outcomes, and appointments.
• Consistently achieve and exceed targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Confident communicator with exceptional phone etiquette.
• Comfortable handling outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and highly target driven.
• Able to manage workload effectively across different campaigns.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales is desirable.
• Must be based in Solihull or within a short commute.
