Administrator in the SN4 area.
- Full time Permanent
- Monday - Friday (May need to work addidational hours)
- Travel to other depots (TW5)
About the role: Join a family-run automotive business in a varied, new fast-paced role. You’ll manage warranty admin, assist the Managing Directors, and work closely with subcontractors. The atmosphere is bubbly, with plenty of banter, whilst having the ability to get the job done. No two days are the same.
Key responsibilities:- Travel to depots weekly- TW5 (company car or milage paid)
- Support day-to-day operations and subcontractor coordination (invoices/letter of employment)
- Use Excel for reporting and data management
- Assisting managing directors with general admin tasks
- Manage warranty administration
- Communicating & Maintaining Work relationships with Clients
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
About the right candidate:- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of automotive industry (essential)
- Full clean UK driving licence
- Self- motivated with the ability to manage own workload
