Job Description

Pertemps Swindon are Currently recruiting for an Administrator in the SN4 area. Join a family-run automotive business in a varied, new fast-paced role. You’ll manage warranty admin, assist the Managing Directors, and work closely with subcontractors.  No two days are the same.
  • £29000
  • Permanent full time 
  • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00 (additional hours may be required)
Key responsibilities:
  • Travel to depots weekly- TW5 (company car or milage paid)
  • Support day-to-day operations and subcontractor coordination (invoices/letter of employment)
  • Use Excel for reporting and data management 
  • Assisting managing directors with general admin tasks
  • Manage warranty administration
About the right candidate:
  • 3+Years Experience within the Automotive industry
  • Must have a strong understanding of Excel
  • Ability to do Pivot tables 
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Self- motivated with the ability to manage own workload
