Purchase Manager in the SN4 area. In this role, you’ll manage stock levels, optimize processes, and ensure efficient purchasing to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities:- Managing stock levels, generating reports, and conducting regular inventory counts.
- Placing orders to replenish stock and forecasting demand using data analysis.
- Utilizing inventory software to track levels, optimize reorder points, and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with Operations and Sales teams to streamline processes.
- Leading projects like implementing barcoding for medical devices.
- Identifying products/services for purchase and verifying suppliers.
- Working with the Quality team to ensure stock meets company standards.
- Managing budgets, preparing cost estimates, and maintaining procurement records.
About the right candidate:- Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (or 5+ years of relevant experience).
- Experience with inventory management software (Cin 7 and Zero experience a plus).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
- Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
