Swindon Pertemps are currently recruiting in the
SN5 area for a dynamic
Administrator to join our team and play a key role in selling motor parts. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries via phone and email, processing orders, and providing top-tier customer service. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Handling incoming calls and emails from customers.
- Processing orders and managing stock availability
- Providing product information and assisting customers with their enquiries
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell motor parts
About the right candidate:- Previous experience in administration and sales
- Confident in dealing with customers over the phone and via email
- Experience in the motor industry is desirable
- A proactive and positive approach to work – a real "can-do" attitude!
- Ability to spot sales opportunities and convert leads into business
