Job Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 08:00-16:30

- Be the main point of contact for client communications — from initial enquiry to final delivery
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
- Conduct site visits to collect detailed measurements, notes, and photos for quoting and design
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare accurate, cost-effective quotes
- Manage project timelines and keep all parties informed
- Oversee on-site installations, ensuring quality and client satisfaction
- Monitor project profitability and address any issues proactively
- Ensure invoicing and admin details are completed accurately
- Recommend additional services or upgrades where appropriate to meet client goals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a client-facing, coordination, or account management role (experience in signage, graphics, or design is a bonus)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
- Comfortable working both in the office and on-site
