Role and Responsibilities:
- Proactively develop and secure new business opportunities with through direct phone sales.
- Maintain and manage a database of target customers, ensuring timely and professional follow-ups.
- Build a strong understanding of the company’s diverse product range to effectively engage with potential customers.
- Manage order processing, produce accurate quotations, and maintain customer accounts.
- Meet daily and monthly targets.
Person Specification:
- Previous experience in business development or telesales is preferred.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work to targets and deadlines, with a results-focused attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organised, with great attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
