An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Student Mentor to join a vibrant team at a leading centre of learning with modern campuses in Cambridge. Their facilities are among the best in the country, providing a dynamic and energetic teaching environment. This role is crucial in supporting apprentices in the Construction department on their journey to success, ensuring they meet their goals and thrive in their careers.

Whether you have experience in an apprenticeship delivery environment or are looking to take your career in this direction, they want to hear from you! Training is offered for the right candidates, and experience in the construction industry is a bonus.

  • Assist in onboarding new students through the interview process and induction sessions.

  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding training and support to apprentices.
Please note, this role will require regular travel to organisations around Cambridgeshire and surrounding counties, so it is essential that you hold a full, clean driving licence and have access to your own transport.

Perks of Working with Them:
  • Generous holiday entitlement plus bank holidays
  • Excellent pension scheme
  • Discounted rates on Apple products
  • Free gym membership and discounted fitness classes
  • Free telephone counselling through their Employee Assistance Programme
  • Opportunities for professional development and training
