Job Description
Are you immediately available and experienced in accounts? Pertemps are working with a respectable client based in the Ayrshire area who are looking for an accounts administrator or accounts payable clerk to join them on a temporary basis. This position is set to last over a 6 month period however there is potential for extension. This role will be helping the accounts department with varies accounts responsibilities. The salary for this role is depending on experience. The hours of work are full time, Monday-Thursday with a half day on a Friday. Free parking is available on-site and is easily accessible via public transport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review of accounts payable invoices for completeness and accuracy
  • Process monthly billing to customers
  • Credit Control duties
  • Creation of bank payments
  • Bank reconciliations, including posting of cash transactions
  • Gather evidence for internal and external audits
  • Assistant wider finance team with ad hoc duties and reporting
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a finance type role
  • Alternatively strong administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft office experience including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
