Job Description
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Pertemps are recruiting an Executive Assistant to work with our Edinburgh based client.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executives, managing their schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including agenda preparation and logistics management
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of executives
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed
- Manage executive expenses and assist with budget tracking and financial reporting
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information and matters
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and clear communication channels
About You:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and polished demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations
