Job Description

Role: Customer Sales Advisor 
Location: Edinburgh (Office Based)
Salary: £23,500 (£24,000 after 6 months, £26,500 after 1 year)
OTE: £50,000+
 
Hours: 37.5 per week within below hours
Pattern: Monday-Friday 9am-8pm, occasional Saturday 9am-5pm
 
THE ROLE:
  • Speaking to customers over the phone
  • Having strong conversations about our fantastic products
  • Being an ambassador for our business and selling the correct package to customers
  • Building great connections with all customers
  • Providing straight-talking support
 
ABOUT YOU:
  • Experience in a contact centre/customer service environment
  • Experience with inbound/outbound sales or customer retention
  • Passionate about sales
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability so sell the best solution
  • Self-motivated
  • Determined
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
