Job Title: HR Business Partner
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our client’s team in Glasgow. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, allowing you to have a work life balance.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and support on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Lead and participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
- Utilize HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and provide insights to business leaders.
Qualifications and Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is preferred.
