Job Title: CNC Miller
Salary: Rate up to £24p/h (Inclusive of shift allowance)
Location: Prestwick
Hours of work: (37 hours per week)
 
Early Shift:
Monday to Thursday 6am - 2pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 6am - 11am (15-minute paid break)
 
Back Shift:
Monday to Thursday 2pm - 10pm (30 minute /15 minute Both breaks paid), Friday 11am - 4pm (15-minute paid break)
 
CNC Machinist (Milling) required for a precision engineering company. Due to continued investment, the Company is looking for an additional time served CNC Miller who has the ability to programme, set and operate a variety of machines including HAAS, Mazak, Hurco. Fanuc/Mazatrol programming language, work to tight tolerances and has a good understanding of geometric symbols. The ideal candidate will be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, extracting the correct data to meet customer demands.
 
CNC Machinist (Milling) Position Overview

• Operating manual and CNC milling machinery to conduct internal and external milling of components to customer drawings.
• Use of inspection equipment to ensure adherences to all sizes, tolerances, and surface finishes.

• Time-served Miller with recent CNC experience
• Experience of programming and operating CNC Milling machines
• Knowledge of Fanuc programming language
