Job Description

Are you an IT Professional looking for a new role? Our client is looking for an IT Manager to join their team. You will be working along side a 3rd party IT team to help the smooth running of multiple sites within Glasgow. The ideal candidate would need to drive to cover all sites. The role offers flexible working where you control your own hours(40 hours a week)!!

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities
Core requirements
  • Experience of Network subnets, VLAN’s, IP addressing
  • Windows Server administration, Active Directory
  • Azure AD, M365 administration and support (Exchange, Entra, Teams, Sharepoint), InTune
  • SD-WAN and VPN
  • MFA administration
  • Supporting Windows and Mac OS
  • Wifi support and technologies
Desirable requirements
  • Cisco Meraki Routers, Switches and Wireless administration
  • Hyper-V server technology
  • IP Telephony
  • EPOS systems
  • Cloud hosting (Azure Web Hosting)
  • Reporting and analysis tools
  • Vendor negotiations for Managed Services, ISP, Mobile phone provision, Cloud telephony provision
Other useful knowledge would be around CCTV, bedroom TV’s, Sound and Light, Qsys systems.
