We are currently seeking an experience Regional HR Business Partner for our Doncaster based client. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to provide strategic HR support across multiple locations. The Regional HR BP will be responsible for ensuring all HR policies and practices are aligned with business objectives.
Duties will include:-
- Provide guidance and coaching to Divisional Managers on talent management, employee relations, performance management and HR compliance
- Develop and deliver HR training programmes to improve manager capabilities and employee engagement
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure that HR polices and practices are aligned with company values and culture
- Manage HR projects and initiatives that support business objectives
- Partner with the business to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and maintain HR systems and processes
This is a fast paced, every changing environment with a remote working pattern.
