Job Description
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £25,000-£26,000
Pertemps are recruiting a Legal Assistant to support their client, a Glasgow based national law firm. The purpose of the role is to provide secretarial, administrative and PA support to fee earners and supporting teams.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings for both internal and external contacts
- Inbox management
- Drafting and proofreading legal documentation, ensuring adherence to company policies
- Managing deadlines, adapting in correspondence weith changing requirements
- Database management
- Setting up new client files
- Billing/invoice management
- General ad-hoc support
About You:
- Office Support/Admin experiece
- Attention to detail
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Good time management
- Previous legal experience advantageous but not essential
