Job Description

Are you a Accounts assistant looking for a new role? Our client is looking for an experienced professional to join their team. They are offering a salary up to £29,000. Free on site parking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage payments and invoicing
  • Record income and expenditure using Sage 50 (proficiency required)
  • Conduct financial forecasting
  • Review staff timesheets
  • Administer invoices
  • File HR documentation
  • Track staff holidays
  • Organize interviews and prepare documentation for new hires
  • Perform ad-hoc clinical admin tasks
  • Respond to clinic emails and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain good relations with customers and business partners

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization
  • Initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong and empathetic communication skills
  • Previous experience in accounts (essential)
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounts (essential)
