Pertemps are delighted to be supporting one of our clients on their search for a PA. This role will provide secretarial support to the wide management team. You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage strict deadlines. The ideal candidate will have previous PA experience. Role Responsibilities
- Day to day PA support to directors.
- Management of diaries,
- Minute taking of meetings held by management.
- Managing emails on behalf of management.
- Dealing with phone queries.
- Supporting with business-critical tasks.
- General administrative duties.
- High levels of organisation.
- Personable, friendly and helpful attitude.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft packages.
