Credit Controller (Turkish)

Pertemps are currently looking to speak to candidates who speak Turkish and English fluently, preferably with previous experience in an administration or customer support-based role. Salary up to £28k depending on experience.

This role will be working in the office 3 days per week.

Key accountabilities:

• Responsible for the collection of outstanding debt, and oversight of all cash reconciliation.
• Work with and support the offshore Credit Control team and, providing clear information and a point of contact for any issues they may have.
• Act as a primary contact point to resolve all Credit Control issues
• In collaboration with the Credit Control Team Leader, review processes and procedures on a regular basis in order to identify efficiency gains, documenting and rolling out where required.
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley control documents relevant to the team and ensure that they are maintained in accordance with company guidelines.
• Regular reporting to the Credit Control Team Leader on all key responsibilities

Required Experience:

• Attention to detail
• Minimum of fluency in Turkish and English languages
• Experience within a Customer Service, processing or administrative role
• Experience of following written instructions, data entry and document/report drafting is advantageous
