Are you a Learning and Development administrator looking for short time work at the moment? If so, our client is looking for a skilled individual to join their team on an initial 8 week basic. Your main role would be to support the Learning &Development manager with the strategic L&D plans. The ideal candidate will need to have a background within L&D and will need to have experience using L&D management systems.
What will you be doing?
- Assist internal and external customers across the organisation in Organisational Development and training matters to ensure effective working relationships and a service that is compliant and professional.
- Coordinate the development of Organisational Development systems and processes to support the implementation of the OD strategic delivery plan and the smooth continuation of operations.
- Coordinate Organisational Development processes, exercises, and training events across the organisation within the allocated budget.
- Provide accurate Organisational Development and training data to management as part of the reporting and KPI frameworks and provide data to support business decisions as required.
- Update and check any information handled within HR & OD systems, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Liaise with the L&D Coordinator on training activity, information, and record keeping.
- Develops and maintains relationships with managers.
- Support and advise employees.
- Processes requests for budget holders.
- Provides reports and system use information to Finance Team.
