Role: Conveyancing Paralegal
Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
Salary: £31,000-£38,000 DOE

We are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our Glasgow based client, a national law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a progressive, client-focused firm that values quality over quantity.
As a key part of the Conveyancing Team, you will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial client contact to post-completion formalities.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other relevant parties to progress transactions efficiently.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of accuracy and due diligence.
- Providing clear and timely communication to clients, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the process.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar residential conveyancing role.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach, committed to making the conveyancing process as straightforward as possible for clients.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively.
- Excellent communication and client care skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
