Receptionist – Eurocentral Pay: £12.21 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our client at their Eurocentral site. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to take on a varied and rewarding role, with the potential to progress from temporary to permanent employment.
Key Duties:- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
- Answering and directing incoming calls, taking messages where appropriate.
- Managing meeting room bookings and supporting the coordination of onsite meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
- Providing general administrative support, including filing, scanning and data entry.
- Assisting with staff enquiries and supporting other departments when required.
- Maintaining reception and office areas to ensure a professional environment.
Requirements:- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
