Financial Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing, forward-thinking business in Glasgow that’s looking for a talented professional to join their dynamic finance team.

Location: Glasgow (Hybrid – typically 2–3 days in office)
Salary: Highly competitive + excellent benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent


As Financial Accountant, you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting month-end and year-end processes, and contributing to the continuous improvement of financial controls and systems.
You’ll work closely with senior management, providing insight and analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management and statutory accounts
• Ownership of balance sheet reconciliations and key financial controls
• Support budgeting, forecasting and audit processes
• Provide insightful analysis to drive commercial performance
• Identify and implement process improvements across the finance function

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Confident communicator with excellent Excel and ERP skills
• Proactive, organised, and able to work independently in a hybrid setup
