Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – approx. 15:00
Starting Rate: £17.00 per hour + overtime
Are you a reliable and safety-conscious Class 2 driver? We’re looking for a professional and hardworking individual to join our team as a Food Waste Collection Driver based in Hart, Hampshire.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive and operate a Class 2 vehicle for the collection of food waste from commercial and domestic routes.
- Follow scheduled routes efficiently and safely.
- Carry out vehicle checks and report any issues.
- Work as part of a team and communicate effectively with the operations staff.
- A valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence.
- Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Previous experience in waste collection or similar driving roles preferred but not essential.
- Good timekeeping, positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
- Competitive hourly rate starting at £17.00/hour.
- Regular Monday to Friday schedule – early starts and early finishes.
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Supportive team environment with ongoing training and development.
