PERMANENT ROLE / 33 DAYS HOLIDAY / EARLY FINISH EVERY FRIDAY / PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITIES / OVERTIME PAID AT PREMIUM RATE

An opening for a Process Leader at a Redditch based, Aerospace manufacturer. This role will be accountable for driving consistent standards, performance improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities;

• Responsible for Manufacturing areas, process streams'
• Managing and motivating process team leaders
• Managing operating budget
• Business planning
• Performance management
• Delivery metrics - OTIF, Arrears reduction, Business unit costs and revenue output
• Working with COA's providing accurate feedback to customers
• NPI in line with project management policy

The successful candidate should have extensive knowledge leading a large-scale industrial operation and HN qualification (preferred, but not essential if relevant experience demonstrated).
