Location: Redditch
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Hours: Full-time, various shifts available
Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are currently seeking a Production Operative to join our team in Redditch, working in a leading spring manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dextrous assembly work, handling small components with precision
- Operating machinery and tools to manufacture high-quality springs
- Performing quality checks to ensure product accuracy and consistency
- Packing and preparing finished products for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred but not essential
- Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
- Competitive pay at £12.50 per hour
