School Cleaner

Location: Redditch
Hours: 15:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday (10 hours per week)
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean classrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Ensure cleaning supplies are used effectively and replenished as needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the site manager

Requirements

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not essential (full training provided)
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness
• A satisfactory DBS check (can be provided) as this role involves working in a school environment
