Trainee Recruitment Consultant Job Details.

Location: Crewe
Salary: £25,500 P/A + very competitive commission structure
Duration: Permanent
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0800-1730

Within this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role, you will be responsible for.

Attracting, interviewing, and placing candidates
Focus heavily on business development in terms of contacting prospective clients with view to utilising our services.
Selling process by providing the right candidate to our clients at the right time
Administration of registration packs
Temporary worker availability for work
Client compliance

Requirements for this Trainee Recruitment Consultant role.

Attention to detail and ability to analyse information.
Full UK Driving Licence
Being able to work within a fast-paced working environment is essential. You will be juggling several roles at any one time, so organisation is key.
An excellent telephone manner
Strong organisational and administrative skills
A drive, tenacity, and real customer focus
Experience in recruitment is not required.
