Job Advertisement: HR Project Manager (Part-Time)

We are seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead an Organisational Review within our Heritage, Culture, Museums, and Galleries service. This is a part-time, temporary role until December 2024, offering flexibility of 2.5 to 3 days per week. Working arrangements can be negotiated, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule based in Edinburgh City Centre.

Location: Edinburgh based, EH8
Pay Rate: £19.33 - £26.91 depending on experience
Contract length: Until December
Hours: Part Time 2.5-3 days per week. Day and hours negotiable


Key Responsibilities:

• Review and update job descriptions
• Ensure the project runs on schedule
• Identify and engage key stakeholders
• Facilitate presentations, communications, and workshops
• Review role grading's
• Produce business cases and carry out consultation processes
• Provide ongoing HR support and guidance
• Lead implementation of the new organisational structure
• Additional tasks as required
