Job Description

Pertemps are recruiting for a Receptionist / Clerical Assistant to join our public sector client in the Portobello area of Edinburgh on a temporary basis.

Role - Receptionist / Clerical Assistant
Location - Portobello
Hours - Monday - Thursday 0800 - 1615 and Friday 0800 - 1300
Duration - Until end of June 2025
Rate of Pay - £13.26 per hour
Start date - ASAP

The successful candidate will be joining an established team and will be carrying out, but not be limited to:

Reception duties, providing a welcoming first point of contact
Answering calls
Data input
Updating information on systems
Any other administrative tasks as required

If you are successful, you will be required to apply for a PVG for Children, costing £59 (£18 for an update).
