Hours of work: 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.48 per hour
Role Information:The Customer Contact Adviser will play a crucial role in providing and collecting information related to various customer contacts.
Responsibilities:- Interact with residents face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance
- Welcoming customers
- Checking candidates in
- Providing a ticket for appointments.
- Take payments, process service requests, and manage customer information accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
- Ensure customer contacts are handled with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant information and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
