Receptionist
Location: Split between Leith and City Centre
Hours: 36 hours per week (between 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday)
Duration: Temporary, until February 2026
Pay Rate: £13.48 per hour
Start Date: 22nd April 2025
Pertemps are recruiting for a friendly and organised Receptionist to join our client's team. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service and supporting office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Manage appointments and office supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organised front desk.
Requirements:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Professional appearance and manner.
The successful candidate will require a Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25.
