Job Description

Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administrator for our public sector client based in Edinburgh.

Role: Administrator
Location: Split between Gilmerton and Wester Hailes (may require working in other offices across the city)
Duration: Temporary role, on an ongoing basis
Pay: £13.48 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 36 hours per week
Start Date: ASAP

The role will involve, but not be limited to:
  • Data entry
  • Managing a mailbox
  • Responding to queries by email and through online systems
  • Processing applications
  • Requesting documentation
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • Issuing letters / documents
  • Any other tasks as required


Basic Disclosure at a cost of £25 is required.
