Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, business development, networking and being a spokesperson for the brand, increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a proactive individual with a proven sales record who will be the face of the company and a spokesperson with an enthusiastic sex positive attitude. An understanding and experience in Social Media Marketing, media buying, PR and to a lesser degree SEO will be essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a spokesperson for the brand.
  • Contact potential partner sites and establish collaborative agreements.
  • Engage with clients and members to onboard to the platform.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing.
  • Participate in SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings, drive website traffic, and increase conversions.
  • Help Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
 
What you need to be successful:
  • A sex positive attitude
  • Demonstrated experience in growing social media presence, engagement.
  • Experienced in collaborative agreements with external sources.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Understanding how to measure success
