Transformation Manager - My client a local authority is looking to recruit a transformation Manager to manage a major digital transformation programme.
The Transformation Manager will working on the transformation of all of the services Examples of this are benefits and housing queries.  
 
The role will involve the following:
Planning the business and technology transformation across all services.
Development of the transformational roadmap.
Lead the change management across key stakeholders
Identification improvements across all services
Identification of risks across the programme.
 
Transformation Manager must have experience of managing digital transformation within a local authority.
 
In addition this the Transformation Manager will have experience of the below.
Leading large scale digital transformations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement/management.
Creation of a transformation roadmap.
Delivery of large scale digital transformations.
