Role: Business Analyst
Location: Meriden
Salary: £60,000
Network IT are seeking a Business Analyst to join a software house that provides a suite of products to both internal users as a part of their wider group, and external customers. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that the system effectively supports their operations.
What you’ll do:

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Design and develop effective business processes to optimise the use of their suite of products.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the implementation and testing of their solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users.
• Document and create user stories.
• Build strong and effective relationships with the business and tech stakeholders

What we’re looking for:
Business Analyst: Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
Essential skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.

• Experience in the recruitment industry.
• Agile Scrum experience.
• Experience in a Product Owner role
