Job Title: Associate Tutor – CIPD/CMI
Salary: up to £45 per hour for delivery (depending on level)
Location: Remote with occasional travel for face-to-face delivery
Contract: Freelance, flexible hours

This company are a leading national training provider specialising in delivering professional qualifications, bootcamps, and apprenticeships across the UK. We are currently expanding our team of Associate Tutors to deliver workshops to learners pursuing CIPD and CMI qualifications.

Key Responsibilities of the Associate Tutor- CIPD/CMI:
• Deliver engaging workshops for learners on Apprenticeships, Bootcamps, and commercial programmes.
• Keep learners engaged through the use of industry examples and interactive participation.
• Complete essential paperwork, including registers and IV sheets, within agreed timeframes.
• (Optional) Assist with the design and development of course materials and resources.
• Ensure compliance with Awarding Body requirements.
• Follow all internal processes and procedures.
• Attend standardisation meetings to maintain consistency and quality in delivery.

Essential Criteria required for the Associate Tutor- CIPD/CMI:
• A relevant qualification in the subject area (Level 5 if teaching Levels 3 & 5, or Level 7 if teaching Level 7).
• Experience in teaching Management, HR, Learning & Development, Training, Education, or Coaching.
• Engaging and interactive delivery style.
• Ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel for face-to-face sessions.

Desirable Criteria:
• Experience delivering CIPD qualifications.
• Experience marking CIPD assignments.
• Possession of a teaching/assessor qualification.
