Field Engineer Northants

Pertemps Daventry are currently recruiting for a Field Based Service Engineer.to join our established clients existing team of field based engineers and help cover Norrthamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding areas, for breakdowns and servicing.

My Client are a Midlands based machine service provider for the UK with a team of skilled engineers based strategically around the UK.
In which they provide premium service solutions for a varied spectrum commercial and domestic customers and are also the sole UK repair agents for some prestigious manufacturers.

You will be a highly motivated, well presented individual with technical ability and an excellent understanding of equipment, quality standards and procedures.
Ensure complete customer satisfaction by understanding their needs and providing attention to detail.
Attending customers premises to perform servicing and repairing.

Minimum requirements
Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry, servicing and repairing coffee machines and/or high end domestic coffee machines.
Self motivated and well organised in any paperwork and management of van stock
A fast learner (Brand specific training will be provided)
Articulate, energetic and a "people person" willing to spend time to discuss best use of machinery with our more discerning customers.
Good knowledge of espresso based coffee and coffee beverages
Electrical and some electronic knowledge to be able to identify when a component has failed
Coffee Safe trained would be a distinct advantage.
Valid driving license

Previous Experience
Coffee Machine Field Service Engineering: 2 years (required)
Work Location: On the road
Salary of £32,000 to £35,000 depending on experience and plus overtime.
One Saturday in every 4 it is required which will be paid at time and half in addition to salary.
Broadly based on an 8.30 to 5pm start/finishing, but hours may vary as in all field based roles.
23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Tools, mobile phone, tablet, uniform and a vehicle are provided.
