Job Description

We are currently recruiting for one of our long established clients who are looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader to work inside a Blue Chip Company in Daventry.

Warehouse Team Leader

Monday to Friday 6:00am - 14:00pm

£13.50ph to £14.36ph Dependant on Experience

Do you have experience in a Team Leader role.
Are you able to deal with KPI's with the staffing team.
Make a positive change within the environment making sure a happy team is a proactive team.
Guide and support Shifts
Mentor team members
Liase with Senior Management Team
Reporting processes
Creating a Workflow organization to report the meeting of targets.

Experience Required

1 years minimum of working in a Team Leader position or similar
Team Management
Dealing KPI's
Making sure boasting your Teams motivation and work environment
