Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm
Pay rate £13.00phr

Job Responsibilities
Send details of all jobs to suppliers by agreed deadline daily
- Ensure that collections and onsite services are completed within the agreed
- SLA
- Control of client collections and onsite services, providing order information for
- sub-contractor
- Escalate any underperformance to suppliers and seek corrective actions
- Produce and manage authorisation of Department Purchase Orders
- Produce and distribute Waste Transfer Notes and Hazardous Waste Transfer
- Notes as required
- Administer Quality Improvement notices for the department
- Update trackers for recording the details of collections including costs
- Update, control, and distribute KPI’s
- Update and control maintenance for vehicles and equipment
- Participate in supplier conference calls
- Generate and distribute weekly logistics spend ‘Flash Report’
Candidate requirements:A good understanding of transport/specialist logistics and
transporting computer equipment along with strong IT skills comprising Microsoft
Excel, Word, and Outlook (training will be given on company-specific software
systems). They will have experience of managing onsite engineers and an
understanding of waste regulations would be an advantage. Applicants will need basic
knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and an appreciation of the regulations
governing transport. The candidate will have experience of managing suppliers /
subcontractors and some experience of using an accounts system would be an advantage.
