This is a temporary role paying £12phr
Monday to Friday
40hrs per week
Temp to perm available for the right candidate
What You'll Do:- Collaborate with consultants to understand client requirements and candidate profiles.
- Utilise various channels to source potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Volume recruitment - screening job applications and assessing suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
- Arranging and managing interviews.
- Carrying out all necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy, relevant legislation and client specific onboarding processes.
The Ideal Candidate:- Customer service focused.
- Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Excellent time management skills - able to manage conflicting or changing priorities on a daily basis.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Experience in working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in recruitment, administration or a related field is preferred.
