Job Description

Sales Administrator – Temp to Perm  

Location: Chatham
Salary: £26,400 pro rata - weekly pay PAYE via Pertemps 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends!)

Are you an experienced Sales Administrator or looking to take the next step in your career? We have an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity with a well-established company in Chatham.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Processing – accurately input customer orders into the Sales CRM system
  • Customer Service – handle inbound calls and emails professionally
  • Sales Support – assist the sales team with administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely communication with clients
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in sales administration, order processing, or similar role
  • Strong IT skills and ability to learn CRM systems
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities
