Sustainability Consultant / Energy Assessor – Hybrid Working (Cheshire-Based)

Role Summary
 
You will need to have enough industry experience to be able to engage with clients from the start. As part of a close-knit team, you will be supported by junior members of the team but will effectively lead on the technical streams of the business.

As an Energy Assessor, you’ll be instrumental in the delivery of building compliance and sustainability assessment services. You will have be qualified / have experience in the following:
  • Level 3 / 4 and 5 (DSM) SBEM assessments
  • Daylighting calculations
  • Knowledge of Life Cycle Assessment / embodied carbon
  • Preparation of reports
  • Delivering energy strategies
While a professional qualification (e.g., IEMA, CIBSE, LCC) is advantageous, the company is committed to supporting continuous learning, offering opportunities to develop expertise across a wide array of sustainability and compliance areas.
