Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team in Letchworth Garden City. The successful candidate will be responsible for general warehouse duties, stripping cardboard, and operating dye cutting machines.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
- Perform general warehouse duties including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Strip and dispose of cardboard and other packaging materials.
- Operate dye cutting machines safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control.
- Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
 
Requirements:
 
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to operate machinery, particularly dye cutting machines.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks and lift heavy objects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if required.
